Love love love - everything was outstanding!!! The bed was so comfortable- the pools were beautiful!! The staff were extraordinary - The French restaurant was one of the best meals I’ve ever had - shout out to Louis(Lui) our fabulous server! Jacob the manager at Suki was so friendly! Victor at breakfast & Piyo our concierge were also outstanding! And not to forget Ceaser at the bar always with a smile ! Thank you ye made it all wonderful! Will definitely be back !

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The food and drinks were exceptional – every meal was a culinary delight, and I appreciated the variety of vegan options available. It was so refreshing to see such attention to diverse dietary preferences. Amazing staff. The beach was stunning – beautifully maintained, clean, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a peaceful stroll. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with a well-thought-out design and immaculate upkeep that made our stay even more enjoyable. While everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations, I would not recommend the spa services. I booked a manicure with gel polish, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Spa staff damaged my nails, which was frustrating. However, this is not the hotel’s fault. I left the hotel feeling incredibly satisfied and can’t wait to return. It’s a place I would highly recommend to anyone seeking excellent service, delicious food, and a stunning location!

Brand new amenities. Super comfortable rooms. Each space is beautifully designed. The family pool is great. Staff were absolutely adorable with us and so welcoming everywhere: pool staff, restaurant staff, welcome team…Absolutely Delicious food. We loved having a dedicated “guia” taking care of us; Itza was super professional and friendly. She would help us having our kids food pre-ordered and ready for them at diner time.
