I liked all services; And the extended time that the hotel gave us to make the checkout; I want to recognice the good service, attitude and smiles of the lady in the front desk (Sarai), the guy in the pool area (Marco) ans the waitress staff in the restaurant included Ximena; They are excellent hosts !!! The hotel just opened and everything is very new. The rooms are very large in size with comfortable beds. The restaurant on the top floor has a great view on Puebla. The breakfast buffet was a combination of traditional Mexican dishes, cold cuts, fruits and cereals.

There was a heated pool and decent gym. Free parking under the hotel. 3 elevators which were very fast. Shower was good and rooms a decent size. Mattresses were good.

I liked pretty much everything about this hotel: from its location to the cleanliness to the quality of sleep. The hotel rooms are very quiet (we stayed 2 different days, in two different rooms, so I saw a total of 3 rooms), bright, a/c works great. Beds are large and super comfortable. Everything was in order. Staff was nice, welcoming, they kept our luggage in a luggage room until we could check in. Really, nothing to dislike.
