Loved everything about this hotel! Everything has been updated since the last time we were here. The bedroom was spacious and clean, very comfortable for our family of 4. The kids were really happy they had an awesome play area. The amenities were great, the pool is heated so even if its cold you can use it. The restaurant is really good, had an amazing breakfast buffet! There was a spa, but unfortunately didn’t get to go, hopefully next time for sure!!!

Everything was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable, the sheets were of good quality and the included toiletries were excellent. All the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Daniel the waiter provided exemplary service at breakfast each morning. The included breakfast each morning was delicious and a great way to start the day. We enjoyed listening to the live music on Friday and Saturday nights. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Valle de Bravo.

The staff is amazing, Bernardo Ruiz would do anything just to make his guests happy. The place has a parking lot, so you can leave your car there and just walk everywhere in the village. He also speaks English very well. The pool is great and the breakfast is really good (tipical mexican)
