The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The technician is very efficient. I'm having trouble connecting the TV with my phone, then the maintenance staff come and help until he is sure that I am able to watch the show on the TV. My children enjoy every facility and activities (such as feeding the fish). There are a variety of food options such as restaurant Chef Wan, burgerlab & the hotel dining. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

    In general, good hotel with great pool area, but some spaces/equipment needs update. Breakfast is ok. We went to massage and it was really good. If the price is good, you can stay here.
