Stunning hotel. The architecture is beautiful with indoor and outdoor spaces. The infinity pool is lovely with a stunning view. The glasshouse offered excellent food and beverages. The staff were all very professional, helpful and kind. The room itself was huge and beautifully done - modern and classy. Lots of little extras in the room. The bathroom was gorgeous and the shower nice with the rainfall shower head. The location was decent, walkable to many things.

The hotel was very stylish. Room was a very nice size. We enjoyed the balcony with a view of the ocean. The breakfast was very delicious with lots of options. It was great to lounge by the pool.

The Millen Penang, Autograph Collection is in Georgetown, just 3 minutes' drive from the New Central Business District. It has spacious suites with free Wi-Fi.

From start to finish, everything was perfect, from the staff on the door, the very capable personnel at reception, the individual floor floors-and-room staff, those at the beautifully maintained pool too, the spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, the bright and airy breakfast room with its attentive service personnel, nothing beyond their capabilities, a welcoming receptionist and chef, both ready and capable of meeting and adapting to every request, all this through to help on the ground floor with directions, weather forecasts, and planning suggestions. Penang is the ultimate winner as The Millen just askd to be re-visted. We'll certainly try. Congratulations to all involved. Thank you.

The hotel is great. The room has plenty of space, even the bathroom, and it can accomodate any kind/size of luggage. Also the room offers some amenities such as iron, coffee machine, tea bags, etc. The room cleanliness is very good. And the breakfast is amazing with plenty of options and variety of local foods.

Amazing hotel with superb instalation and service. Real 5 stars hotel experience. The decoration is a bit old school but I like it. We were upgraded which is always nice and we had an amazing view on the city from the 14th floor!
