From start to finish, everything was perfect, from the staff on the door, the very capable personnel at reception, the individual floor floors-and-room staff, those at the beautifully maintained pool too, the spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, the bright and airy breakfast room with its attentive service personnel, nothing beyond their capabilities, a welcoming receptionist and chef, both ready and capable of meeting and adapting to every request, all this through to help on the ground floor with directions, weather forecasts, and planning suggestions. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, and you could tell that cleanliness was a top priority, which made me feel safe and at ease throughout my stay. The room size is very comfortable. Whether it is a double bed room or a twin bed room, it is very nice. This time we booked two rooms, one of which has an ocean view. The aunts were super happy. There will be ice cream to cool down upon check-in, which is very humanized. Next door is the shopping mall, which is very convenient. The room is cleaned very clean, and there is night service.
