Everything at the hotel was beyond my expectations, the room was clean and big and above all the staff was so attending, polite and service minded. The staff at EQ is the best staff we have experienced ever at any hotel and we have traveled a lot. We had a room with the view to the Petrona towers, this was the best experience we had staying at a hotel. The choice at the breakfast were so many that will cover anybody’s taste. EQ is Highly recommended, the best 5 star hotel.

The KLCC Imeprial building has the best view of the Petronas Tower (PT) in the whole of KL, you look across the park and nothing obstructs your view. KLCC Imperial by Opus suites are spacious, clean, some with a view of the PT. Communication with the operators was great. Everything arranged through whats app . The following DOES NOT apply to KLCC Imperial by Opus.: Watch out for an accommodation provider called "Imperial KLCC Residence" in the same building. They will confirm your reservation and just before check-in they will tell you that the suite has a fault and offer you a room in another building (significantly cheaper) for the same price. He demands cancellation of the reservation from your side and is not willing to cancel the reservation himself. And stops communicating with you.
