We had a wonderful stay. La Villa Residences went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and looked after. Such wonderful touches that felt luxurious. Excellent service. We also had a day at the spa which had reasonable rates and was lovely.

Ambong Rainforest Retreat offers an adult-only getaway amidst tropical surroundings. Located on a steep hill within the rainforest, rooms are only accessible via long staircases.

It’s a truly beautiful resort. Everywhere you look there is greenery and palm trees, creating a genuine tropical atmosphere. The pool is long and clean, and it’s only a few meters from the beach. The room is just the right size and the beds are very comfortable. Daily housekeeping was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. Every day we received fresh water, clean towels, and a nice selection of coffee and tea.

I went with no expectation, just booked for 2 nights to enjoy the swimming pool and the beach, finally it was above my expectations, I regret not booking for more. Booked 2 rooms, both were perfect, clean, comfortable, and nice balcony. There are 2 good restaurants + the one where you take the breakfast.
