we got upgraded to about room upon arrival and everything throughout our 3- night stay lived up to our expectations. staff was very friendly and greet you all the time while addressing you with your name. cocktails, beach and the restaurants provided excellent food and the room with balcony was a treat. so was the spa. we saw hornbills in the trees in front of our terrace which was the only time we got to see them up close during our Malaysia trip. looking forward to come back to this piece of paradise in the future.

This resort exceeded all my expectations. I wanted a calming and relaxing retreat, and this place gives me more than that. I love waking up to see the sea and the sound of waves that accompanied me to sleep and waking up is just zen. With breathtaking view daily, i honestly love the peace and quiet that the resort gives. The staffs are very accomodating and super nice and friendly. Every query is assisted and i never felt lost during my stay. Either through phone or text messages - the service is very top notch. Would i come again? Definitely yes! Thank you for having us! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay. La Villa Residences went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and looked after. Such wonderful touches that felt luxurious. Excellent service. We also had a day at the spa which had reasonable rates and was lovely.

Friendly and helpful staff. Always ready to assist and do the best for clients! Special thanks for towels!!! We're checkout at 9am and took a boat tour for a day. When we were back to the hotel aftre noon to pick up our bagage we took a shower in pool changing room and drove to the airport in fresh and dry condition )))) Hotel rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet, but only few steps to the main road and you are in the center of beach party life )))))

We loved the location and the remoteness of the island - the nature walk with Selva - getting the little buggy’s from the dock to our room, the ferry rides spotting Oriental Hornbills and generally just the feel of the place was relaxed and chilled.

Everything perfect, super nice big territory, rooms are clean , quite and well furnished , 3 big pools, one amazing for kinds with attractions. Breakfast and food in restaurants is very delicious, we stayed 3 nights and then prolonged extra 3 days. We think it’s the best hotel at Penang . Highly recommend!
