New ZealandIt's essentially a small house with everything you need. Incredibly ambient and cosy warm. Roaring fire with the snow outside. Lots of comfy seats. Beds good. Bathroom good. Friendly host who lives next door. Very obliging re early check in and bag storage. Great location up the hill in old Town. We are half way through 3 week trip staying mostly in apartments and I'm pretty sure this one won't be beat
