Welcoming staff, we were given a great room on the 15th floor & treated to an unexpected complimentary bottle of bubbles. Breakfast was great - had absolutely everything you could want at the buffet. Dined at the restaurant for dinner, steak was amazing! Made use of the pool, spa & sauna. Needed a break away, was a perfect hotel for a 'staycation'.

The games area, pool, spa, sauna were exceptional. The kids had the best time, and the parent had facilities to relax as well. The best buffet breakfast ever, kids under 12 were free and the food was amazing, constantly topped up and staff were fantastic. Room service deals were great.

Enjoyed our stay, our room was clean, and had a corner view of city which was nice. Enjoyed pool, Sauna and spa. We also got a complimentary bottle of bubbles. Nice touch. Staff were friendly and prompt at clearing tables during breakfast service. Receptionist in the evening was tentative and dealt with minor issues throughout the night to which she had no control over. We also able to have a late check out which we appreciated before driving back home to the Bay.

The breakfast was really good, not a huge selection, but what they had was really good quality. Location is a little far from CBD, but a nice walk on a nice day, or a short Uber. Room size was good, came with microwave also. The pool was good too, although the spa could have been hotter and the sauna was not working
