The hotel is so beautiful and spacious. We love the design and the architecture so much and it somewhat makes us feel went back to the old days. The location is just at center. The staff at reception is very very nice. He told us so much about the history and stories of the hotel, and also gave us some suggestions for what to see in Cisco Viejo. The lobby bar pianist is wonderful and plaid the music so beautiful. We like everything in the hotel.

The best experience and hotel in a very long time of my travels around different countries. Everything is perfect: check-in, the staff helps at every step, pays attention to details, the hotel creates comfort and coziness at every step, you don't think about anything. The room is amazing, not small, clean, no noise, a beautiful view of the city, the space is well thought out. There is mouthwash in the bathroom. Room service is perfect, the restaurant is delicious, especially the chicken soup and octopus. Breakfast is everything you need and there is nothing superfluous, no excess food. It is located 6 minutes walk from the shopping center and 15 minutes drive from the international airport. We did not use the pool, as we had transit flights and we stayed at the hotel only for shopping.

There was a good selection for breakfast + we liked the optional dishes too. Adored the little boxed biscuit on the bedside table during turn down service. Very friendly staff all round but the restaurant staff imparticular made us feel special! Definitely coming back ☺️
