Absolutely perfect location and a beautiful building with outstanding comfort , services and luxury touches. I would describe it as boutique. Many larger hotel chains aspire to this level but do not reach it . The jewel in the crown is the rooftop bar area where breakfast can be enjoyed overlooking spectacular views of the historic plaza one block away. Also wonderful for sunset drinks . Staff and management are friendly and often went that extra step to ensure stay was memorable.

My very late check in was quick and smooth. The room and bed were comfy. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. The staff were professional, personable, and helpful. Location within a few blocks of central Arequipa. All that was great, but the breakfast was beyond superb! Oh, my goodness! Perfect omelette made to order and a countertop covered with so many fresh goodies. Sliced baked ham, cheeses, sweet and savory breads, fresh fruits, and topped off with chocolate-covered strawberries and candied oranges. What a great way to start Valentine's Day every day!

Super sweet & caring staff, they will always try to meet your needs and make you feel comfortable. Tasty and healthy breakfast made with love is included. It's possible to take Yoga lessions with the owner. The view up at the terasse is fantastic! I really recommend to stay there to wind down.
