When we arrived they upgraded us to the junior suite free of charge, the hotel is very beautifully decorated and has a vibe of an oasis. Breakfast is a la carte with vegetarian options. We very much loved to stay there!

I loved everything about this charming beautiful hotel. You feel like you are living inside of a movie. The views were great. The Roman bath spa was also a great experience. My bed was super comfortable and there was also a tub in my room to take a long relaxing bath. There are plenty of spaces for you to sit in the "indoor-outdoor" areas and eat meals, read a book, etc. The staff also were very helpful.

Loved that breakfast was included. Every morning the roof top had beautiful views of Misti. There was a new coffee maker and electric kettle in the room. Plenty of electric plugs, towels and closet space. The staff were very nice and the hotel was spotless.

Beat breakfast I’ve had so far in Peru. Staff was really nice and welcoming. they’ve let me leave my luggage and also do some laundry while I want to an overnight trip to colca canyon. when I can back my luggage and folder laundry was waiting for me in the room . location is also convenient and close to center.

The manager of the property Jesse was very helpful when far and Beyond what she chould have. She gave me advice and helped me prepare for the next leg of my trip which was going to be a temperature change that I wasn't prepared for I would highly recommend staying there They had a good breakfast one of the best I've had on this two-week trip as well as a nice cafe on the Terrace She also allowed me to keep some stuff at the house while I took the two-day Excursion to Nazca She's a very positive out going person and a delight to deal with And the place is a continual work in progress she's improving it as she goes along emphasis is definitely on the customer
