We had a wonderful stay - the bed was very large and comfortable. The toilet and shower facilities were modern and luxurious. We had great views of the river and mountains from our room. We requested a crib, and the crib provided was very clean, and we appreciated that special bedding was provided. The staff were excellent - they met us at the train station and assisted with our luggage, and gave us good and clear advice on how to obtain entrance tickets to Machu Picchu as we had forgotten to purchase them in advance.

We liked all: the service of the staff was amazing (especially Mishell), the room with a great view over the river and the breakfast were very pleasant.
