If you go to Machu Picchu, stay here! The staff was very friendly and helpful and made our stay very easy and pleasant. The location is very convinient close to the train and bus stations. The hotel staff recommended a restaurant which had such good food. The breakfast was good and located on 7th floor. Our room was better than we expected and very clean. We were really happy staying here.

Loved this hotel stayed in same hotel in Cusco, fabulous breakfast, staff really helped and lovely rooms. Location great. Train track just outside which some people might not like but I didn’t mind.

Located 10 metres from the Machupicchu train station, Casa del Sol Machupicchu offers free Wi-Fi and free shuttle services from Machupicchu Train Station. The museum area is 500 metres away.

The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious, we were upgraded to a beautiful room, the service was perfect and the manager let us use the spa too. We would recommend this hotel to everyone!! Thank you so much for your hospitality. Our favourite stay in Peru.

Location to train and bus for Machu Picchu. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff was very attentive and responsive. Welcome drink down the road close by to hotel was a surprise. Thank you. Our stay was wonderful.

Kind and cheerful staff, that really care about the comfort of their guests. Small but perfect single room looking out onto a picturesque square (pic attached). Comfortable bed and spotless linen. Airy and bright bathroom, freshly renovated. Strong shower with hot water (which takes a while to reach higher floors). TV connected to the internet with Netflix and Youtube. Strong, reliable wifi. Located in a less touristy part of town, with lots of local street food and shops.

Julie, the housekeeper and receptionist, was spectacular! She arranged a surprise birthday party for me on the terrace! When I got sick, she called the doctor and asked him to do a hotel call. He came to my room and gave me medicine. I was better the next day! She accompanied me to the train station, carrying a bag. She was wonderful!
