The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. What made my stay even more enjoyable was the exceptional service provided by the host, Jeriko. He was very friendly, accommodating and always available to answer any questions I had. He went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed to have a great stay. He recommended some great local restaurants to try. The apartment is located in a very convenient location, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. The building is secure and the staff were friendly and helpful as well. What I loved most about this apartment was the beautiful view. Excellent property, location and very convenient for me because it's near the school. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant, accomodating and helpful. Property is clean and the staff is very friendly and nice.

The apartment was very homey cozy and clean. Spacious and bigger than the other units that we tried before. The property manager and caretaker were very kind and friendly. We felt very safe with the strict security, as well as the buildings being low rise (safe for people like me who've had trauma with the past Davao earthquakes). Senior and PWD friendly, the buildings have 2 elevators each. Plus plus for the location, very accessible to everything. Literally few steps away from SM mall and Starbucks, pharmacy and banks! Superb! Highly recommended.
