Your Assistant Front Office Manager Mr Hussain Javaid is an exceptional person! He made sure all our issues were promptly resolved when we initially checked-in after which he continued to follow up with us on a daily basis during our 8 day stay just to make sure that we were enjoying our stay! Your executive lounge on floor 10 is also amaaaazing! I believe you have a new Chinese Chef managing this lounge and I must say that his appetisers and snacks are delicious!
