We absolutely loved everything! The host greeted us, showed us around, explained everything, and repeatedly asked if we needed anything else. She even brought toys for our child and provided a high chair upon request. There was also an option for a crib, but we declined. The cabin has underfloor heating, which is a fantastic feature—it kept our two-year-old's feet warm and cozy. The house itself is incredibly atmospheric, beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Everything is modern, tasteful, and convenient. The area around the house is spacious, providing plenty of room to pull our child on a sled. You can also hike up the nearby mountains, enjoy stunning views, and sled down the slopes.

This place is a heaven on earth. Everything is just picture perfect and one can feel really taken care of. We took the opportunity to use the facilities and could not be more relaxed and satisfied. Do not worry to ask anything to make your stay as ideal as you wish, everyone is so helpful and you’re given a full attention. I would like to point out the possibility to order a message which was taken in spa area and was simply incredible. If you are thinking about really reward yourself, choose this one.

This was our second stay for our small honeymoon trip and we would like to say a very big thank you to all of the staff. Everyone is so friendly and kind, when they found out that this is our honeymoon, they gifted us with a bottle of champagne in our room, which was very unexpected and pleasant surprise. The administrator at the reception was a huge contribution to improving the quality of our trip, we don’t know what we would have done without her. Her quick actions and proficiency in communication helped us arrange a rental car for a very good price and on the same day, which we couldn’t find ourselves for already two days before that. She advised us on the best hiking routes in the Tatra mountains, which we loved so much and have so great memories of now. We also had a chance to meet the owner of the hotel, who was also very welcoming to us and very pleasant to talk to. We will definitely come back here some other time, this will be our favorite place to stay in Zakopane for sure.
