Everything was perfect. It´s an ideal locality for those keen on sightseeing, history, and culture. All the provided services, breakfast, and esthetics of the room and the whole hotel were on a high level. Krakow itself is so beautiful, we need to return here. The only imperfection was that we couldn't stay here longer. Big thanks!

Great location. Extremely helpful, polite and professional staff. Very clean and spacious room. Fantastic breakfast buffet with hot food options. One of the days we had a full day tour starting at 6.30am and they provided packed food to go for us as we missed breakfast.

Overall a super hotel... I would highly recommend it for your stay in Krakow. An excellent location, beautiful hotel, gorgeous bedrooms. We were very impressed by the pool. Definitely one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The interiors just fabulous....a real treat Overall!
