Friendly staff and excellent service. Really good restaurant serving regional food. All facilities including sauna, brine graduation tower room, swimming pool and other spa attractions were great while kids played at the decent sized in-door play area. Highly recommend.

It’s a simple and straightforward hotel where you can check in by yourself anytime. The room was clean and the shower had strong water pressure. Definitely recommend.

Everything. To begin with, the hotel is spotlessly clean. So important. Then there were all the little details that make a stay extra special. A bottle of bimber with 4 crystal glasses in the communal living room. Feminine hygiene products in the loo (I'm a guy but I notice these things!). Complimentary coffee (and coffee syrups), tea (loose leaf and bagged), biscuits and other nibbles. A proper sized bin in the apartment. Table football for the dzieci. Super quiet building, like a lot of Polish buildings it was properly noise insulated with soft closing doors. Normal and infrared sauna. Excellent (green) washing machine and dryer with complimentary liquids and powders of all types. Breakfast half price for kids (they actually waived the kids' fee for us). The breakfast was great, varied from day to day and served in the artfully decorated breakfast room next to a roaring log fire. Ski-lift on the same road, 1 minute drive away. Very helpful owner and manager, Wiktoria and Agnieszka. Great work, ladies. It's so rare for me to give a stay a top marks - this is a straight 10.
