Everything was excellent. The apartment was super clean, breakfast was everything that you`d wish for for a breakfast and location very convenient for my business trip. There is a mini bar in each apartment for your convenience. They have a spa and some cosmetic facilities, however did not have enough time to use them. Communication with the staff was excellent. We only stayed for one night but one point stood out which deserves mention. We were at the breakfast table and our 12yo said to us there was no yoghurt with the flavour she liked available any more. The catering staff overheard this and came over with some other yoghurt sorts (one of which was the right one). They did not have to do this but it showed us how attentive and kind the staff were and we very much appreciate it. As an aside, we chose Tychy for a 1-night stay because we were traveling from Germany to the Energylandia adventure park in souther Poland, and Tychy is a good option to stay because it is easier to get out of in the morning than Katowice and still close enough to Energylandia.
