Great breakfast buffet & enjoyed dinner at the restaurant (super tartar!). The location was outstanding; a couple minutes walk to Branicki Palace & the market square. The staff was helpful & friendly. A few people told us "you can see all you need to see in Bialystok in a day", but we stayed as Hotel Esperanto for five days & it served us well as HQ for a super holiday!

You can’t beat the location. The hotel is situated in a beautiful building, in the historical old town section closed to traffic, with lots of restaurants and old-world European charm. Nicely appointed rooms, very friendly staff, good amenities. We loved their buffet breakfast. It was much more pricey than breakfast in other restaurants nearby but well worth it. We used the pool, and the hot tub. The pool was great, especially as we were the only people there at night.

Extensive breakfast, friendly staff and great location. Gluten-free options for other meals available too. Great. Plus, a great selection of background music at mealtimes. Bonus - the lift is made by Schindler, spot the pun :-)
