The room was beautiful and the location is great. The hot spring pools were very relaxing. To check in you need to head to the main ticket booth, we didn't realize this and when we arrived there was a HUGE queue because of a party - English isn't spoken by many of the staff so learn some polish before you go!

Apartment was very clean, spacious, well furnished and modern with great views of the ski slopes. The staff were friendly and helpful to book taxi service for us.
