Great hotel and great staff, I always stay at Raffles when in Warsaw. Very good location and amazing facilities. There is a coworking space on the top floor so it is very convenient for work.

The spa area has an exceptional view. Breakfast is extremely variegated and everything we tried was delicious and there is a live harpist playing. Staff is really nice and ready to help, the cleaning service is really good!

The hotel itself is indeed a palace as its very luxuries, from the lobby to the rooms themselves. Location is exceptional, close to the train station, square and 2 shopping malls. Staff was very helpful and the food was great, both during breakfast and even the inhouse restaurant.

As always we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service is fantastic. It is a beautiful hotel and has a great location. The room itself and bathroom were very spacious. The room was nice, warm and cosy. We love to stay at the hotel whenever we come over from Ireland to visit my family in Warsaw. We especially like to come over in winter. The Christmas decorations at the hotel were gorgeous and the pianist playing at the reception also set the mood beautifully. There is a Christmas market nearby and there is always something going on. If you're staying for Christmas time I recommend Carols concert at Royal Castle.
