Our stay was a little crazy idea on spending New Year's Eve (not participating in the ball organized by the hotel), and it turned out to be the perfect idea. Charm and grandeur without pretentiousness. Spacious room with view, super comfy bed, stunning bathroom, dazzling public spaces, stellar breakfast, wonderful friendly staff who treated us like royalty (shoutout to concierge who helped with our roots tour and arranged a driver to my grandpa's village). The hotel was super clean, our room was spotless. It snowed throughout our stay in the city but our room was very cosy and warm. We were offered a room upgrade, which we appreciated so much! Breakfast had great variety, if a bit pricey. However we were happy to have stayed at such a lovely hotel.
