Incredible staff… even with mishaps they show up and support you to feel great. AMAZING rooms, great spa, loved the pastry chef. Also team works well you can sense it’s well managed. You feel welcomed and safe! Definitely on my list to go back

The pool was opened but the water was too cold so we just used the indoor pool. It was smaller than I expected but enough to enjoy the vibe. The Zakuzi was very comfy as well. The room had every thing what you need and especially the balcony was nice to have a cuppa with sun.

PortoBay is the perfect home base in the Algarve, both in terms of location and the quality of the hotel's customer service. We received an unexpected surprise to live in room 124, which is one of the pilot rooms for the expected renovation of the hotel. We definitely vote that after the renovation, all hotel rooms are like our room 124!
