The welcome. I have never been so exeptionally welcomed like at the check in. The lady showed me the whole hotel and was very friendly and welcoming.

We liked that the staff placed new bottles of water in the room every day — and not just any bottles, they were glass ones. We appreciated that the sheets were changed every day, unless we specifically asked them not to. Breakfast was excellent — flawless, really — and the breakfast staff was wonderful.
