Stayed here with my husband and two kids (aged 8 and 6), the hotel is beautiful and we had booked last minute, however the staff did their very best to accommodate our request for adjoining rooms. We had a lovely few days, using the beautiful pool, gym and exploring the local area. The hotel breakfast is great and the snack bar. On the last day, we had to leave very early for the airport and the hotel made us breakfast boxes for our journey, which was a thoughtful and much appreciated touch. I'd highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay again. Great location to stay for visiting Amarante water park and the town of Amarante.

NIce outdoors spaces very well equipped. Beautiful walkway next to a small river for a short walk around the estate. Owner's amazing collection of old antiques cars, motor bikes etc on display. A scenic train ride that follows the banks of the River Douro is very much suggested.

The view from the room was breathtaking. The staff everywhere was very warm and welcoming and helpful. We liked a lot SPA procedures. The food was tasty, especially we liked the mango dessert. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar.

The breakfast was amazing! There was a lot of options for breakfast. The staff was really welcoming, especially Gina and Soraia made sure we had a comfortable stay. The whole place looked like a piece of heaven.
