Every element of the hotel was top class, the variety of food in the restaurant, which changed daily, meant we were never disappointed. All the staff were super helpful, attentive and friendly. There was a shuttle bus n and out of Funchal, and we never failed to get the time we wanted, however as it was April, I’m not sure that would be the case in the height of summer. There is so much to see and do in Madeira, very impressed on our first visit to this Island, it won’t be our last!

Everything was amazing. The view was great, I loved the ambience of the hotel, quality of the food was good, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I will go back for sure.

Stunning property with great facilities. The room was spacious and clean with a nice balcony to sit on, even though we booked a room with a garden view we still had sea views. The spa facilities were also amazing and there are two pools, one with access to the sea and another that was a bit more private, they also offer scuba activities at the hotel. There was a good variety at breakfast and the restaurant in the hotel serves very nice evening meals, however if you want something a bit cheaper there is a buffet in the other sentido hotel just a short walk up the road, there are also some lovely restaurants nearby. We didn’t fly back till 8pm at night but the hotel had a luggage room you can use free of charge and you’re still welcome to use the facilities up until your departure even after check out which was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Surrounded by gardens and overlooking Ilhas Desertas and the Ponta de S. Lourenço, the The Views Oasis is only 8 km from Madeira Airport.

Hotel bol great, service and personal was kind and willignes to help, breakfest was delicious, you could choose from many various foods, also variety for people with allergy, garden at the hotel was beautiful, and every always different thematic evening for the dinner, close to the airport.

The design of the hotel is fantastic! The rooms are beautiful and clean, thanks to housekeeping twice a day! Thanks for the little attention on our pillows ;) Charles and his bold collegue (don’t know his name, sorry) at the reception are doing an amazing job. And last but not least Jorge, responsable for breakfast, runs from left to right to make sure everybody is happy and presentation of the food is up to standard. He was very helpfull to us and our baby! Congrats to the entire The Vine staff.

Porto Mare Hotel has beautiful grounds always clean and well maintained. We stayed in a suite with my 15month year old and we had everything we needed - small kitchen, high chair and cot.There is plenty to do at the resort so you don’t need to leave if you don’t want, equally the town centre is a short drive away. The service from all staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond. Examples - seeing our baby screaming and tired after a long flight they rushed the check in process and allowed us to return to finalise it. A complementary bottle of wine was left for my mum as they noticed it was her birthday on her passport. These small touches it made it perfect!

We loved everything about the property. Our suit was spacious, clean, gorgeous views. As there are not too many suites it felt very private. We spent hours at the infinity pool and jacuzzi. It was a perfect after hike stay.
