The staff are fantastic, helpful, very knowledgeable and always a nice greeting. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean and the our room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the bar and dinner were too. Secure parking on site is a bonus.

ALL of the hotel was at 10/10. All the rooms were exactly as displayed - very stylish and high-quality. The stuff was without exception, helpful, friendly and very service oriented. Exceptional stay at this hotel. Staff were excellent, from the receptionist when we arrived, to everyone we met at breakfast and the night shift receptionist that even helped us after his shift had finished and he saw us at the Metro station. They made the stay very personal and would be a reason to go back. The online check in before arrival made the whole experience very smooth. Excellent location beside Trindade Metro. Room was beautiful, with every facility possible. The interior design is chic and timeless with a touch of local flair. Fabulous.
