Everything. Enormous room, plenty of space, very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A good breakfast. Lovely pool, jacuzzi. A beach is a short drive away. Plenty of free public parking just in front of the hotel.

Modern and urban hotel with beautiful interior design. Our room on the first floor was very spacious with the magical view overlooking Luis Bridge. Food was AMAZING! From the delicious breakfast to lunch and dinner at the roof top restaurant. Great spot when you want to soak up the Porto view. The staff was always at our service, very attentive, checking if we need something. They gave us some great recommendations about places to visit, where to go to beach and which bars has the best view at the Atlantic ocean. Tranquility Water Lounge was so beautiful and relaxing. You can book your time slot. I was in the morning and I had entire pool for myself! They are a small luxury hotel but very friendly and approachable. If you are into books, lots of great books around the hotel. Fashion, art, culture, design, you name it. I will definitely come back!

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Porto so easy walking to any tours, sites and restaurants. The room was a little unusual but very comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

No breakfast taken. Location great for the city, hilly for the river, but perfect if you don’t mind walking. All staff very helpful, reception lovely, Marianna checked us in, she was very informative and welcoming. All other staff, bar, and room service friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. We were more than impressed. We had lunch a couple of times on the terrace, a peaceful break and lovely food. Quite a tranquil area in the heat of the day, with some shady tables. Superior room, quiet, large & a very nice bathroom.

Located on lovely pedestrian/touristic street in the heart of the city. Nearly everything in the city is a walkable distance away, so we never really needed to take the public transport/taxi unless we did day trips out of town. It's also about 5 minutes away from Sao Bento train station, so it was easy to get there even with our luggage. Staff was very nice, they recommanded restaurants to us, and helped us book them. One complementary drink voucher was given to each person in our party to enjoy at the hotel bar during happy hour. Room was clean, and water, Nespresso coffee pods, and tea sachets were replaced each day. Beds were also redone each day without having to ask for room service. Shower pressure was amazing.
