The apartment was very spacious! Beds super comfy! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We really enjoyed sauna! The rooms were daily cleaned! A washing machine a dishwasher with washing tablets were included.

Every detail was perfect. There were Portugal cosmetics in the bathroom, local products such as bolo levedo, ananases, pastel de nata at the breakfast. There was an option to order pancakes, omelletes at the breakfast, very tasty coffee. Perfect, beautiful design of the rooms. Travel guides to take at the reception. Everybody was super-friendly and super-helpful. Location in the city centre, possible to walk by foot everywhere, close to the ocean. The hotel is really great place to stay while exploring the island. I would recommend to everyone and I’d love to come back here again!

The property is brand new with welcoming reception area and the apartments are well designed with small kitchen area, comfortable sofa, bed & linens. Good Wi-Fi, water pressure and Smart TV. The rooms are serviced daily and the hotel staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet is simple but good. Having the spa, sauna, jacuzzi is perfect after a long hike. Secure private parking and close proximity to downtown is a bonus.

We had an amazing stay! We were 5 girls in the apartment and it was incredibly spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, with a great location by the beach. Breakfast was rich and had many choices. Well stocked kitchen and option to have your clothes washed by the staff. We forgot something in the apartment and they kindly offered to ship it. Cleaning was done every single day, any issues we had were handled immediately. All in all, we were so well taken care of, thank you!

An absolute gem of a hotel. The staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. Everything about our stay was perfect. Beautiful rooms, great facilities and a short walk into the centre of Ponta Delgada for all the cafe's, shops, bars and restaurants. Hotel food and drinks were reasonably priced and of exceptional quality. The bar staff were superb - recommending Azores gin and tonics and local beers to suit our tastes. In short - if you're looking at this hotel as an option, book it. You won't be disappointed.
