Everything was perfect! We travel a lot for work and holidays and it was one of our best stay in an hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful, the room was very comfortable and clean, breakfast was delicious and the swimming pool with sauna and hammam was a dream. We will definitely come back!

We stayed in the maisonette during our stay and the room was great with an absolutely Incredible view you'd be hard pressed to find elsewhere. All of the staff were exceptional and incredibly friendly (Especially Thiago from maintenance!). We generally like to be left to ourselves and although further services were offered by the hotel, we really appreciated the privacy offered and the non-intrusive nature of everything during our stay, although any requests we did have were handled perfectly. The "Le Petit Prince" package for our baby they had in our room on arrival was an also really nice gesture. We've stayed at many nice hotels across Europe, but this has definitely been our favourite and we'll definitely be staying here on our next trip to Porto!
