Excellent service and ideal location for visitors, very clean room and very well decorated. Also very large but it was a junior suite. The staff were very polite and helpful. I would stay there again.

The view from the patio, the loft and two toilets, the shower was hot and amazing. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was amazing and the the breakfast staff were so friendly. The location was so convenient, umbrellas available on rainy days, everything was wonderful, we will return.

Excellent service, wonderful staff. The hotel was opened in 2024, and has been very well maintained. A few minutes on a downhill walk to all the main streets and amenities, relatively quiet location. Breakfast was great and the Spa was so relaxing. Definitely one to return to :)

Our stay at Vila Catarina Luxury Apartments was truly wonderful! We spent two unforgettable days there, and everything exceeded our expectations. What we loved: The apartment was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a beautiful view and a cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect—peaceful yet conveniently close to everything we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The pool area with sunbeds and umbrellas created a perfect spot for relaxation. What could be improved: Honestly, we had such a fantastic stay that there wasn’t anything to complain about. Overall, we highly recommend Vila Catarina Luxury Apartments for anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Porto. We would love to return!

Staff are superb, extremely friendly, efficient and helpful! Stylish, sleek and Exuberante restaurant is sublime, highly recommend. Hotel staff could not do enough for us without any intrusion, it is 5* all the way. Special mention to Miriam (front desk) and Nelson (Exuberante restaurant) who were highly professional and so lovely. Staff were always quick and efficient whenever any requests made (room service, luggage store/collection) with very good communication before arrival. Highly recommend this hotel!!

    Location was good with a metro station right outside. There were loads of restaurants nearby and the market a short walk away. Breakfast in the hotel was very good with plenty of choice, good times (up to 11:30 at weekends). The spa with water massage facilities a steam room and sauna was a welcome bonus. the room layout and shower facilities in the bathroom was very good. We had a spacious room with a balcony and a great view of the plaza at the front of the hotel.

    The Spa staff were exceptional and provided a quality neck massage. Restaurant service staff were very attentive and the room was a delight, as was the sauna, turkish bath and indoor pool. Food was delicious at the restaurant. The decor is exceptional.

    We stayed there on the day after our wedding and it was a great choice. We could relax in a beautiful room, enjoying the spa area and massages, great breakfast, the staff was very nice and helpful. It was great. Thank you.

    A luxury hotel but with a boutique feel with some unique touches and small enough never to feel too crowded. Great views of the Douro and the staff were always attentive and helpful . Complimentary bottle of fizz delivered to the room was much appreciated. The restaurant meal was outstanding and breakfasts included was great. Spa area and massages were an added bonus.

    The spa facilities were excellent (we swam there every day, used the sauna and the steam room as well as booked a massage), we had breakfast included which was an amazingly rich buffet with great service. Most of the receptionists were very helpful and friendly. We had a fabulous time there!
