The staff were lovely, the original room we had was a bit claustrophobic (on the top floor) but the receptionist lady (we never got her name) was very accomodating and moved our room without hesitation. The room was very clean and modern. Our booking included spa access which was incredible, there is a pool and many sauna rooms, massages are also affordable and the spa staff were very kind and friendly. The hotel is about 10mins walk to town centre which we did not mind, there is parking right outside the hotel. The breakfast was buffet and had more options than we could eat. Overall would highly recommend.

He offered some places around to visit while we stay there. There are many things to visit nearby - viewpoints, great cave and some other locations - all of them not far away
