Our room was bright & airy and spacious. The shower was fantastic with great water pressure. Our room had a smart TV so could watch Netflix and Amazon and the WiFi was good too. several supermarkets very close by that took bank cards. A nice flat and easy 45 minute walk in to the centre of Sremska Mitrovika or a 5 minute drive. Sandra was very helpful and spoke very good English. Most importantly we had our dog with us who was welcome and there was a large courtyard outside with tables and chairs that was enclosed and very safe.

Beautiful place and not even finished yet with all planed setup. Stuff is more than pleasant and making sure we have great stay, room is clean and comfortable, nature is amazing and you will have everything you need for perfect vacation in one place. There is spa as part of hotel, city pool just across, playing with all kinds of animals, walking around in the woods and beside the lake. Just perfect! 🥰 Will be back for sure!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The location was convenient and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful location, new bulding/apartaments with excelent construction and full of technology equipments, free underground and safe (remote entrance doors) parking places (several levels), 3 mins away from Fruske Terme Welness entrance (You will get free entrance/usage on Terme SPA), two very good restaurants just nearby (Piazza - Italian specific and Etno - Serbian specific), just a 30 mins walk towards Vrdnik town and in the middle of Fruske Gora National Park which has a lot to offer (very good driving roads for cars and motorcycyles, many hiking trails with a lot of rest spots with wooden benches). When You'll have also the nice sunny weather it looks like a heavenlu place! Enjoy it! Hvala lepo!

Amazing Nature, birds signing during days&nights, roses blooming around all the territory, different locations with pools & entertainment for all family members, family connecting rooms is very good invention 🥰(2rooms connected with door between them). Minibar included in the cost & refilled each day.

Great hotel with spa and fitness on the main road to Belgrade after the Bosnian border. Exceptionally helpful multilingual staff and great facilities. There was a marriage, so the main restaurant was closed, but no problem. The service in the poolside restaurant was just as good and the menu was as normal. Proof that the kitchen can manage with a large event and still serve hotel guests correctly at the same time I slept well hearing no noise from the event. All very good. Breakfast á la carte was very good.

We had the most amazing stay at Level 2 Apartment over Valentine’s weekend. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully designed—ideal for couples looking for a romantic getaway. The hot tub was incredible—lovely and hot, immaculately clean, and perfect for unwinding. The sauna was another highlight, adding to the luxury feel of the stay. The bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby, making the whole experience even more relaxing. To top it all off, the owner was absolutely lovely, making sure everything was perfect for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend! P.S when we arrived the fridge was stocked with soft drinks beer and a bottle of champagne.
