Staying here was great — the apartment is beautiful and in an excellent location, and the owner is very approachable and helpful. We definitely recommend staying here.

This place is simply AWESOME. When selecting it, we've went thru the photos and liked it, but in reality it's even better. This is a perfect example what could one do with an older building, transferring it in not simply "the next place to stay" but in a shining jewel. All details there are apparently carefully selected and polished, so that whoever comes woudl enjoy every bit of it. It combines an antique look - in every positive aspect of the word, and the feeling of "modern" - for example the wooden horizontal doors to the second floor on one hand, and the air conditioning on the other. A diverse breakfast was waiting in the fridge, yet we've preferred to buy some byurek and other delicacies from the nearby bakery (2-3 min walking). Since it was 4 of us, and we were there for a short itme, having 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs was very usefull too. And this is, not to mention the bathtub upstairs. Upstairs, there are two small, yet very nice balconies. We've spent some time on both of them - with all the roofs arounfd, and the watch tower on one side - a very refeshing and nice morning experience. Since we are music lovers (melomans :) ), the really WHAW! moment for us was when we have entered the appartment for the first time. The lights were lit already, and there was music playing inside! The long playlist is selected perfectly as for this place. Whoever thought of this detail - HVALA LEPO / THANK YOU, WE HAVE LOVED IT! The location is also very nice - just below the Petrovaradin fortress, so you could walk to it and have a Danube & Novi Sad view from the top. Also very nice restaruants are up there. We've tried the Terasa and Sat - both great places. The place is about 20 min walking distance from the main pedestrain area, and on the way you cross Danube river, and walk through the lovely Danube Garden. We will definitely go there again, and for a longer stay, to enjoy more of Novi Sad, and Atrium Konak itself :)

We have got amazed by the place when we arrived and then in the night when we heard just sounds of nature even with birds singing! Super nice and serene place with surround view on the greenery-absolutely relaxing. The estate is huge what was great fir our kids. The house we stayed in was very spacious and clean. Daniel is a great host and nice guy to talk with-his passion for what he is building was contagious:). We had just a one night relaxing stay here on our eay back home from our Balkan roadtrip but will definitely reserve more time next time as the place is so nice and there is so much to do and see in Fruska gora (in particular the nature, monasteries or Sremski Karlovci town). Thank you Daniel for hosting us and all the best with Sunny Side and have a good harvest for your rakija;)

Breakfast was excellent, I looked downward to it daily. The fried eggs, sausages, croissant and various other delicacies.

Receptionist was first class My husband wanted a river view but we had booked a fortress twin room On booking.com a river suite was very discounted for our night so I asked if we could change our room to it at the reduced rate with little expectation …. Attitude was yes of course no problem! Amazing and so was the suite
