From arrival into the hotel everything was efficient, from being shown to the elevator on one floor to being expected by another person on the next floor. Amazing Ka'aba view from the spaceous apartment. Excellent that Athan but also the prayer itself is broadcasted through the speakers in the rooms. Food was excellent, visiting trips too. Staff was friendly and efficient. Housekeeping and concierge services were also very fast and efficient.
