Very nice hotel with great location far from the cities and deep in the forest. Very quiet environment, beautiful nature all around you. Staff had some difficulties in communication in English, but they tried their very best and was very nice and friendly, so we were able to understand each other at some point. Rooms are very clean, beds very comfy, huge balcony.

Location is perfect for a stay with kids. The hotel is very kids friendly. On each floor there is some different entertainment for the kids. As well entry to waterpark is comfortable and the private pool in the hotel great for morning or evening relax. The breakfast and dinner buffets have a rich choice of tasty food. We felt really good the whole time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are very quiet despite the high number of families with children of all ages.

Great location. Views of the mountains from all the windows and the garden table, but only 10 minutes on foot to the supermarket and the bus stop in the town. And this cottage was really near the restaurant in the 'wooden cottage resort' where our accommodation was based. The facilities in the complex where this cottage is situated were lovely, and unexpected.
