That was the only good service at the entire resort. There is definitely room for improvement in the overall customer service. The pool and mc were fantastic and a great place to relax (if you can get a seat). Nice cocktails and bartenders. Room was spacious and comfortable. The food choices and quality was good overall. The unique location close to the airport, watching planes at close range was a cool experience. The spa services were great.
