The resort was sparkling clean and I didn't spot a single bug or pest anywhere, which is surprising because they have a ton of greenery indoors. Moreover the lunch and dinner at the in-house restaurant was seriously fantastic and unique - especially the crab coconut curry which I've never had before.

I LOVE swimming and therefore I am very picky when it comes to the sea and the beach. The sea was MARVELLOUS with turquoise water and white sand. I have been to many places in Asia and can easily say that the sea could be the best one to swim. Aside to that, our room was overlooking to the ocean and the balcony reminded me our summer house back in Bodrum, Turkey. Japanese restaurant was top notch. Last but not least, the staff was amazing. I will come back for sure!

I enjoyed absolutely everything! This paradise corner among palm trees, butterflies and kitties is perfectly quiet, comfortable with quite a good location in relation to shops, pharmacies, exchangers and beaches. Beautiful pool with sun loungers - always clean, always available. The hotel is a marvellous place which is made so first of all by marvellous Thai people - the hotel staff! I sincerely thank the receptionist Pranisa you are exceptionally professional and the best person I've ever met! The girls in the massage parlour on the territory are always ready to come to the rescue (even if the working day is over or hasn't started yet). I was on holiday during the rehabilitation period (after a broken leg) and they helped me a lot and helped me to cope with the problem. God bless you! The food is well organised: regardless of the weather, health or mood, you will not stay hungry - on the territory there is a wonderful restaurant with Thai food, where they always prepare fresh and tasty food and drinks. To Karon beach: 5-7 min walk if everything is ok with your feet, it took me a little longer - approx. 10-15 min slow walk through the private sector. To Kata beach: 20-30 min walk on foot slowly or 5 min by tuk-tuk. Patong beach is far - a tuk tuk will cost apprx. 400 Baht. I miss you, Baan Vanida Garden Resort, already and will definitely come back to you on my next holiday!

Everything was perfect, from the reception staff to the dining staff (especially oui and the restaurant chief manager) who went out of their way to accommodate us. Gym is great. Pools are awesome with great slides that the kids loved. Beach is 2 min walk and lots of street vans on the way to get shakes and coconuts ...

We felt very welcome upon our arrival. Well kept grounds and luscious garden were very nice and the location by the beach superb. A big resort, which was fully booked, but it was very peaceful and did not feel crowded. It is a short, 10min. walk to town, so it is close to restaurants and shops. The breakfast buffet offered a lovely selection of fresh fruit& juices and the quality of tea& coffee was very good. We had a Premium Spa Deluxe room with a jacuzzi on the balcony- we truly enjoyed it! Nice view to the pool& ocean. Housekeeping was always available and eager to help. The hotel Spa was also outstanding.
