The service was exceptional. The ladies at the front desk were warm and welcoming and really helpful. They helped us with our questions and how to get around. Special mention Max, Mook, Kruad, Film, Meaw and Dew. The pool is amazing and clean. It caters for all age groups. If you book the pool deck rooms you get direct access to the pool from the room.

The hotel resort and spa was better than the pictures at Booking. The hotel lobby was surprisingly large and open air. The whole decor matches the surroundings. It is so "Thailand" and none of those hotel chains.
