All services work well. Staff is extremely professional. I liked the shuttle service to the beaches for a small charge. Normal taxi is much more expensive. The view from deluxe Seaview cottage was amazing. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were delicious . waiters are friendly all the time. .The pool the garden and all common areas are beautiful too. Best resort in Koh Tao if you like nature and tranquillity silence and peace .

Super friendly and helpful staff. 5 minute walk to nearest restaurant area with internetional quality and also the bars. You can buy all the tickets tours at this hotel and a supermarket next door. quiet area, perfect.
