Room, views, decor are all amazing. Location is amazing far away from Patong’s busy streets but so close in terms of walkability to all places in Patong. The pools were wonderful and clean. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The atmosphere is unmatched. Veeeery reasonable price which was a steal. Professional staff and extremely friendly.

Fantastic property with a beautiful private beach and plenty to do for all ages. Staff were warm and welcoming, food was delicious (we tried all the different restaurants during our stay). The hotel offers loads of optional activities for adults and kids alike, most of them are free and a few with an additional charge to participate. At the beach, there’s snorkeling, kayaking and stand up paddle board available during high tide, and a daily reef walk during low tide where you can see various sea creatures in the shallow pools of water. A very memorable holiday and we’ll definitely be going back!

Everything .. location since it’s difficult to find villa just near Patong beach. Services were so great (small gym , public pool in addition to private pool in Villa, jacuzzi in on room inside the villa, mini mart, laundry service, spa services) , coffee, 7 eleven are just near by .. Villa cleanness and facilities was great .. view from the rooms, living room and balcony is beautiful, compound facilities was great too .. The most important for me that the host was really kind and helpful despite she was in other country she was replying on spot (much appreciated)
