Staff were super friendly! Excellent facilities - pool, gym, sauna, group classes (although unfortunately I didn't have time to attend any). Room was spacious and comfortable and room service was always appreciated. Delicious wholesome buffet breakfast. Close to beach.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful, with well-maintained, lots of greenery, and a stunning pool! The rooms are clean, and those with kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine! The kids' club has also opened at the hotel, which is great when you're vacationing with children! The staff is absolutely amazing! My child already misses Zaa and Tommy and sends them big greetings! We will definitely be coming back!

The resort is beautiful and spacious. We visited during mid November and it wasn't crowded at all. They had 3 restaurants in the resort and a couple more on the beach outside the resort. The rooms are just renovated and provide really nice ocean and sunset views. The staff was always friendly and ready to help. It's true they were in the middle of renovating an area of the hotel but it wasn't bothering at all. The noise is kept at minimum and we did not see workers around us.

Great location for the beach and the pool is of a great size. I had a room overlooking the pool that was fun and had a good sized balcony. The room is modern and fresh.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade to 2 bedroom suite at a discount with direct pool access away from the crowds near to Bodega restaurant. It is a quiet area great for the elderly. The buggy service was responsive. We were worried about mosquitoes because of the lakes but this issue was less than expected. The breakfast at Bogeda is much less hectic and a lot quieter than Market Place, and the food presentation appears better. Later realized that it is only for guests who are booked in certain rooms. The beach is long and the sand is very fine without broken or significant washed up debris, which afflict many beaches elsewhere. The waves can be strong though. The suite was clean, large and very convenient located with a separate dining and living room . It has a fairly large balcony directly accessing the pool. We found that we didn't need to venture out of the resort. The complimentary boat and kayak facility allowed for connection to other lakes and resorts. The entire complex of lakes and resorts makes this place much large than it appears. There is a free shuttle service to nearby shopping areas and shops
