Everything , verry kinde and helpful staff , perfect location , have everything 2 minutes on foot , expres laudery , restoraunts , 7-eleven , temples , pubs and food market area 10 min on foot . Very clean rooms , new bathroom , small privete garden to chill and they even have sauna complex .

Perfect location. Laundry place and massage place just beside hotel. About 30-40 mins walk to the old town and to get inside the walls but some lovely places to stop along the way. The hotel was very quiet as we were in the new part. No real atmosphere in it but had a buzz around at breakfast as people from the other hotel came to us for breakfast. Staff were amazing also and lovely pool area. We let the hotel know that we were celebrating a special birthday and they upgraded us to a suite which was AMAZING and also dropped us up a complimentary bag of treats and fresh fruit. Such a nice touch

Stayed here for three nights - overall extraordinary experience. It's a perfect getaway if you want to stay away from the crowd in Chiang Mai. As small as the hotel gets, you can still stay at the property for two entire days without thinking to leave. Although it was really pricey for New Year's eve, the hotel prepared a fancy night dinner + outdoor party + fireworks for every guests who want to be part of it, for free. Staffs are of course friendly. The place is well maintained and with good taste - got lots of photo taken.
