We are returning guest and we would definately return again 😄 Baan Kiao offers all you can dream of for a Holiday with (small)children . A lush and super clean pool , playground (rare in Thailand;)) a really good restaurant on site, a poolbar with delicious cocktails and shakes and 2 min walk to a lovely Beach! The staff make this place even better. Special shout out to Tik and Tom😉🎉 They can arrange all sorts of things like tours transport scooters and laundry! The whole vibe is super relaxed 💚 thank you for a lovely stay!

Private villa with our own pool that was cooling also when the infinity pool and sea were too hot. Beautiful and well-kept garden. This area sometimes has too low seawater level due to tide but in front of our hotel it was always possible to go into water. Very nice staff! As we stayed 2 weeks we got to see fireworks 3times.

My husband and I had the best, unforgettable and romantic stay at this amazing residence. We stayed here for our honeymoon and IT WAS BREATHTAKING!!!! The breakfast was amazing. The room was absolutely gorgeous. The staff here went above and beyond and are honestly amazing at their jobs. We had an issue being charged twice, they were very efficient sorted it straight away for us and didn't want to cause any problems for us. I had a massage at this hotel and it was the best in Thailand. Would definitely recommend visiting the spa. The restaurant is also exceptional with good quality food.

Loved the staff who are very friendly! Room was so quiet and the garden with the beach sand and palm trees is super chill. The beach is gorgeous at 6 in the morning! Great location about 6 min walk into the beginning of town and the food court. You can walk along the beach almost to the harbour too.

    we had a lovely stay at baan kiao. The Room we had was big and spacious with cleaning every day. The bed was so comfy, we shared one bed as a family of 3. The restaurant serves really good food, coffee and breakfast is so nice. as we had some rainy days we spent some time in the restaurant and everything was so great. Stuff is lovely and interacting with the kids all the time. our fav was Lynn and my son loved Tata. The pool was clean and nice and we spent quite some time there. walk to the beach short and the beach nice.

    A lovely place close to the beach with a very relaxed family vibe. Beautiful breakfast and very helpful staff with everything from transport from the pier to booking day trips, etc. Laundry at super fair prices (50 B/kg) done while you're out.

    The cabin house was very comfortable and clean with air conditioning, fridge and hammock on the balcony. It’s a quiet area, great for relaxation. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and supportive. Breakfast was tasty, with options to choose from, and there’s a nice beach nearby. I had an accident on a scooter and the hotel service helped a lot with everything I needed. I’m very grateful for that 🙏

    We could check in early, and the room was super spacious, pretty well-equipped and very comfortable. Our bed had a mosquito net above us, which was necessary. The open time of the pool made us enjoy both the sea and the pool until 9PM, it also had shadow over it and lot of pool games to play with and float around. The breakfast was also great and can only recommend to try it. The beach is very close, and some restaurants, 7/11 nearby. Wifi was very good. It was simply wonderful, our only regret is just not staying longer.
