1. Efficiency. Seamless transfer fr airport to resort and back to airport always with smiling and helpful staff. Housekeeping was amazing. My son locked himself out of his rm at 9pm and housekeeping promptly sent a replacement keycard. Requests for extra amenities were promptly delivered. 2. Just gorgeous rooms. So huge, quiet, comfortable, clean and luxurious with fabulous views of the andaman sea. 3. While secluded and private, transport within the resort was no problem with the buggy almost always arriving soon after being requested. 4. The amazingly clean private pool- large enough for exercise laps and with a full view of the sea. Well kept grounds. Very few mosquitoes. Amazing! 5. The wonderful spa. A shout out to Mai the therapist who attended to me for her skill. Wonderfully relaxing. 6. All the staff who worked tirelessly, always smiling, very observant and with great initiative- from the security personnel manning the beach sala, always ready to assist, the reception staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping, buggy drivers, transport staff to and from airport. Congratulations to Pimalai for exceeding our expectations!

Very good price performance, great boutique location right in front of the beach, very kind staff and owners. We felt very warm and welcomed. We really enjoyed our stay here and will come back for sure. There is a nice pool with a coctail bar and restaurant (hint - they have happy hours;)), you can also enjoy dinner watching the sunset, have a massage right in front of the beach.. They can also wash your laundry. It is adults only, which we liked. Bed was very comfortable and we had a very good sleep. Our villa was spacious, with a nice sea view, so it was nice sitting on the terrace, drinking morning coffee. Location is also good - the island is small, so everything is near with a motorbike or tuk tuk. Old town is around 15-20 min away with tuk tuk. We really recommend staying here!

Everything! This is a hidden gem in paradise! Quiet, secluded and beautiful. Stunning part of the beach and sea, lovely little pool with waterfall. Great bar, great food with a good choice. The owner is lovely and does everything she can for you. Rooms are quirky, unique and comfortable, lovely little pirate ship style rooms and a lovely big terrace to sit out. Beds super comfortable. Lovely jungle beach vibe, really chilled, wish I could have stayed for the entire season! Really is a spot in paradise if you're looking for total relaxation and peace whilst still being able to get everything you need at the hotel. Can't recommend enough, this was the highlight of our trip to Thailand, will definitely be back and will recommend highly to anyone looking for the ultimate getaway in paradise. Great jungle walks nearby and the 1000 year old tree is impressive. Noise from the jungle is wonderful with loads of wildlife around, monkeys, flying squirrels, beautiful birds. A real mix of peace, quiet but chill low key vibe.

The property is lovely!!! We enjoyed the hammock, sitting outside listening to the call to prayer and the birds.

I usually don’t leave reviews even using a lot. This place has really good facilities, truly 3 stars hotel quality. Staffs were amazing all over the resort. Hose keeping service was really professional with a team not a staff. Breakfast was awesome. Pool was clean and big enough with next to a beach. Once I visit Koh lanta, I will definitely choose here again

We adored our stay here. The hotel has been recently renovated and has been completed to a high standard. The room area was large and it had a lovely balcony. The gym area was well equipped. The pool area was gorgeous, especially the area looking over the beach. The transfer desk was really helpful and we booked tours and boats through them.
