Stayed 3 nights in this amazing Balinese style resort, we had booked a large sunset villa with a view over the gardens and the sea, the villa had a bath in the middle of the room and a large bed with a fantastic view! We were unfortunately forced to leave the awful Santhiya Resort & Spa on Koh Phangan late in the evening! We had called Kupu Kupu if they still had a villa available and luckily they had it. We were very kindly helped by the reception and they already understood the situation! We were offered a free lunch from Kupu Kupu ourselves for the next day, that was really great service. We really had a great stay here with friendly and helpful staff, especially Andy from the reception arranged things for us such as a rental scooter, provided information about the area (which we also visited) and transport to the Ferry, fantastic! The room was very nice and clean. On the top floor there was a fully equipped kitchen, free drinking water, food (eggs, garlic, onion, oil, milk, bananas toast etc.) and a coffee machine. There was also a table football and a playstation 4. They also have a spa and massages, which is offered with a 10% discount for hotel guests.

Nice views, delicious breakfast (everyday lady from the stuff explain what is to eat), free pick up from the ferry station, good design of the building. The stuff helped us to pick the letter to us even we already checked out. Very nice stuff to use like: free towels, bag, flipflops. Beautiful swimmingpool

The room is so clean and comfortable. They are very welcoming the guests with the flowers and the fruits in the room. The receptionist are all very friendly and helpful. If I go to Ko Phangan, I will stay here gain !

We stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon, and this is by far the best experience we had in any hotel ever. Hotel is located on a beachfront at chaloklum, and the atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet. First, the rooms - they are huge! Spacious, the pool temperature is perfect, they are extreamly clean and the staff are very attentive to the details! Second, the staff and especially Floyd the guest manager. She was amazing! She was super attentive to our needs, helped us secure taxis and rides even outside the reception working hours, made sure everything was ok with our breakfast and stuff we received by the hotel and if i could have given extra 5 stars i would have given them to her! Would defintely return to this piece of heaven! Super recommended!
